Salon Policies and Booking
Late Arrivals
This can cause backup so you may need to reschedule. We do not have a late window as service lengths vary and are set according to the time needed to complete.
No Call No Show
Will be required to place a 50% Non Refundable deposit to rebook after 2 occurrences.
50% Deposits
Services totaling to $200 or more are required to place a 50% deposit 24 hours before their scheduled date. Appointments that have been canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
No Children
For liability reasons as well as the comfort and privacy of our clients. Unless they are receiving a service, or they remain in an infant car seat carrier, no children are allowed in the salon.
Same Day Cancellations
Will be required to place a 50% nonrefundable deposit to rebook after 2 occurances.
Accommodated Appointments
Special accommodated appointments reserved outside of providers normal schedule are subject to a 50% non refundable deposit. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or you don't show for your appointment the deposit will be non refundable.
No Guests in Service Rooms
Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the service room. Minors receiving a service may be accompanied by an adult.
Specials
These cannot be combined. One (1) discount per visit only.
Holiday Deposits
Due to a high volume of requested appointments, we will be requiring a 50% Non Refundable deposit for the following dates on any reservation of $50 or more:
February 12 & 13, 2 days before Memorial Day, ​July 2 & 3, 2 days before Labor Day, 2 days before Thanksgiving Day, December 22 & 23
